What is AIA Iowa?

Hello! We are AIA Iowa. The American Institute of Architects, Iowa Chapter. We are a professional association for architects, and we oversee the whole state of Iowa. We are a 501c6 non-profit. Our mission is to serve the AIA Iowa membership by being the voice of the profession of architecture, promoting the value of good design, and advocating for the health and safety of the public.

AIA Iowa's strategic objectives are to:
